Standard payment methods we accept (such as bank transfer, UPI, or other methods) will be confirmed to you directly as part of that agreement.
Quotes and proposals shared with prospective clients are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be revised once the full scope of work is confirmed.

Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the specific deliverables created for a client (such as a client’s own website files or campaign creatives) transfers to the client as set out in the relevant service agreement, except for any third-party assets, tools, or Apex Centricore’s own pre-existing frameworks and methodologies, which remain our property or that of their respective owners.
Where you share business information, account access, or other materials with us as part of a service engagement, we will use that information solely to deliver the agreed services and will take reasonable care to keep it confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
While we work diligently to deliver effective marketing and web development outcomes, digital marketing and SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and platform policies. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Centricore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
